Where To Find
Thigh fillet and boneless drumstick with mustard and garlic
4 Friato boneless thigh fillets and drumsticks;
Salt and black pepper to taste;
2 teaspoons of olive oil;
4 chopped garlic cloves;
3 tablespoons of honey;
3 teaspoons of Dijon mustard;
1/4 cup of water.
Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on both sides of the thigh fillets and Friato chicken drumsticks to season.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Fry the chicken on both sides until cooked and then set aside.
Heat a pan with the rest of the olive oil and fry the garlic until lightly browned.
Add honey, mustard, water and a little salt and mix well.
Transfer this sauce to the skillet and turn the heat on in the skillet and stir to make sure the chicken is coated with the honey sauce.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
You can serve them with white rice and a green salad that will please all your guests.
