Where To Find
Roasted Cold Tuscan Sausage with Potatoes
½ kg of Toscana Sausage;
½ kg of potato balls;
1 sliced large pepper;
Salt and pepper to taste;
Basil to decorate.
Wash the potatoes well and cook them in salted water for approximately 5 minutes.
Grease an ovenproof dish with oil or margarine and arrange the sausage, potatoes and peppers.
Sprinkle pepper on the potatoes and peppers,
bake in the medium oven for approximately 30 minutes or until the sausage and potatoes are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and add basil leaves that will give a wonderful aroma and flavor to the dish.
