Potato Rolls with Cold Sausage
14 Friato sausages;
2 tablespoons of margarine;
300g of peeled potatoes, cooked and squeezed;
2 cups of wheat flour tea;
Salt to taste;
1 spoon of baking powder and
To brush a gem.
Pass the Friato sausages in the boiling water, drain and cut in half.
In a bowl, mix together the margarine, potatoes, wheat flour, eggs, salt and yeast.
Work the dough until it releases from the hands.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough and cut several triangles.
Roll the dough into each piece of sausage, distribute on a baking sheet, brush the beaten egg yolk and bake in the preheated oven at 200º C until golden, for approximately 40 minutes.
A hint? Serve with yellow mustard, it will be delicious!
