  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
  • 100 ml of Oil
  • 650 g of Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 500 g Smoked Mortadella
  • green smell

  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Oregano
  • 200 g Creamy Cottage Cheese

Preparation

Let's start by preparing the dough for our bologna bread, then separate the ingredients.
  1. In a large bowl, place the warm milk, warm water, yeast, sugar, salt and oil and mix well.
  2. Then gradually add half of the wheat flour, passing through a sieve to avoid those lumps in the dough.
  3. Add the egg and the rest of the flour little by little.
  4. Knead the dough for approximately 5 minutes
  5. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
  6. Let's prepare our filling now. Cut the Fried Smoked Mortadella into cubes and place in a bowl to make the seasoning.
  7. Add the green smell, chopped olives, mustard, oregano, cream cheese and olive oil and mix well.
  8. All ready? Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin and in the size you want.
  9. Add the stuffing and roll up like a roulade.
  10. Place on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg yolk with the help of a brush.
  11. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
