- 3 eggs;
- 1 kg of breadcrumbs;
- Lemon to taste.
- Sauce
- ½ cup of sour cream;
- 1 Package (60 g) of onion cream;
- Juice of ½ lemon;
- Horseradish to taste.

Gizzard Cook the gizzards in water and with the other spices until they are soft;
- Drain well;
- Season the breadcrumbs with a little onion cream;
- Pass the gizzards in breadcrumbs, scrambled eggs and again in breadcrumbs;
- Fry in plenty of oil;
- Sauce In a bowl, place the cream, onion cream and lemon juice.
- Mix well until smooth;
- Add the horseradish, mix some more and serve with the gizzards.
