1 pearl pineapple cut in half without the crumb to serve;
  • 400g of clean and pre-cooked medium shrimp;
  • 300g of cold ham, chopped into cubes;
  • 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice;
  • pinch of salt;
  • 1/2 tablespoon of butter;
  • 1 teaspoon of dehydrated garlic;
  • 1 cup of woody rice;
  • 1 small vegetable broth, or 3 cups of homemade vegetable broth;
  • 3 cups of warm water, if you do not use the 3 cups of vegetable broth;
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons of coconut milk;
  • 1 cup of diced pineapple; (without the hard core);
  • olive oil for watering;
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste;
