Ham and Chicken Pate with Ricotta
200 g of natural ricotta;
200 g of ham;
200 g of chicken breast cooked and seasoned to taste;
1 ½ box of sour cream;
1/2 packet of finely chopped parsley;
Salt to taste.
In a blender blend 100 grams of ham, 100 grams of chicken breast and sour cream, set aside.
Knead the ricotta cheese with a fork and mix with the finely chopped parsley and the red pepper, also finely chopped and mix the two creams.
Take the 100 grams of chicken breast and shred it very small and the remaining 100 grams of ham and cut them very thin and add them to the cream.
Adjust the salt if necessary and just serve it on toast or bread.
If you want to decorate the suggestion is to put raisin, mint leaves or parsley, as it gives a charm and adds a touch of flavor.
