Cold Sausage Calabrese Flambé with Cachaça
300 g of Calabrian sausage Friato;
2 large onions;
1 chalice of cachaça.
In a frying pan place the sliced Frizian pepperoni sausage for frying.
Add the onion, also sliced, and let it brown.
Put the cachaça to flambé (throw a lit match in the frying pan) and that's it!Just remove from the heat and serve with bread for an appetizer.
