Chicken with Gorgonzola Sauce
½ kg of Cold Chicken Breast Fillet;
400 g of milk;
2 tablespoons (shallow) of Wheat Flour;
2 tablespoons of butter;
200 g of gorgonzola cheese;
and black pepper to taste.
Cut the cold chicken breast fillet into cubes and season it with salt and pepper.
In a frying pan add a little oil and sauté the cold chicken breast fillet until golden brown.
When it is golden, set it aside.
In another pan add the butter and flour, let it form a dough (always over low heat).
Gradually add the milk and stir until it thickens.
Add the gorgonzola cheese, stir a little, cover the pan and let the cheese melt, when the cheese melts place the Cold Chicken Breast Fillet, serve it with white rice and potatoes and flavoring!
