Sauté olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast.
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 ½ cup of tomato paste
- ½ packet of chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1 L of milk
- Nutmeg to taste
- Fresh lasagna pasta
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese
- 3 tomatoes cut into slices
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a hot skillet, place the olive oil and sauté the onion, add the bay leaves, then the garlic and the shredded chicken.
- When the chicken is golden brown, season with salt and pepper and add the tomato paste.
- Cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley.
- Reserve.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the wheat flour and stirring constantly, add the milk until it becomes a napé point.
- Season with salt and nutmeg.
- Reserve.
- In a refractory form, place a portion of white sauce, cover with lasagna pasta, place a portion of chicken sauce, cover with mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, plus a layer of lasagne pasta, white sauce, chicken sauce, mozzarella cheese, tomato slices ...
- Finish with white sauce and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
