Where To Find
600 g of Cold File (Sassami);
1 grated onion;
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs;
Coriander, parsley and green onions to taste;
1 tablespoon of mustard;
2 teaspoons of olive oil;
salt to taste.
Beat the 600 g of Cold Filezinho (Sassami) in the food processor until a smooth mixture is obtained.
In a bowl, put all the ingredients except the oil and mix with your hands until you get a compact and smooth dough.
Cover with film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Then divide the dough into 4 parts.
With your hands, make a ball with each part and squeeze each one to form very round hamburgers.
Bring a nonstick skillet to medium heat.
When heated, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and spread, turning the pan.
Place two hamburgers and let it brown for 3 minutes on each side.
Transfer the hamburgers to a baking sheet and bake (preheated to 180ºC - medium temperature), while frying the other two discs with the other teaspoon of olive oil.
So just have fun assembling the sandwich with your favorite ingredients!
