Breaded Chicken Heart in Almond Flour
500g of Cold Chicken Heart;
200g of roasted and chopped almonds;
150g of wheat flour;
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder;
200g of breadcrumbs;
black pepper to taste;
2 sprigs of fresh thyme;
Season the hearts of Friato chicken with salt, black pepper and thyme;
To prepare the flour mix the almonds with turmeric powder and breadcrumbs.
In a dish, pass the heart in the wheat flour, the egg and the breadcrumbs already seasoned.
Place the heart on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven (200ºC) for approximately 18 minutes.
Ready, just serve with your favorite accompaniment or even as a snack when receiving friends!
